Training to implement meditation in Colleges and Institutes

It is part of the training of teachers of meditation and mindfulness.

We offer guidelines for integrating emotional education and meditation into daily classroom activities. This course is aimed at people who are training as teachers and want to specialize in schools and institutes, but it may also be of interest to primary and secondary teachers interested in bringing meditation and mindfulness to the classrooms where they are working.

The midfulness schools project will be presented. In three blocks:

I. P1, P2, P3, first and second primary

II. From third grade of primary to third of ESO

III. From fourth of ESO to second of BACHILLER.

One of the main global objectives of our foundation is, taking into account the large number of scientific studies that report the benefits of meditation not only in such important areas as the reduction of anxiety and stress, emotional stability or building a balanced personality but also in improving school performance

Mindfulness brings multiple benefits in the educational field. Teacher training in mindfulness has been proven to reduce their stress, sick leave, depression or burnout, and help them enjoy their educational vocation more.

The IFSU (International Foundation for Spiritual Unfoldment) is a non-denominational foundation of international scope (which is organized in different branches in Spain, USA, Great Britain, Holland, Denmark, ...) registered with the Ministry of Education with the objective of teaching the ancient techniques of meditation in various fields.

The programs developed by our foundation are non-denominational and can be applied without any problem to students of different religious traditions and cultures and are adapted to the level of emotional and cognitive development of the student of different age groups and are simple enough to be implemented without any difficulty.
